Welcome to Shin's Music Studio where we can help you learn the art of music through Instruments. Students have been taught in the Colorado Springs area for more than 9 years successfully achieving their goals through proven techniques. With patience and understanding, we strive to strengthen their weaknesses and overcome obstacles which have stopped them from reaching their goals. For those who are planning to seek higher education in music, Shin's Music Studio is the perfect place to strengthen your base before going to a college or university.

Lessons are ages five through adult.
Shin's Music Studio provides instruction by professional Instructors with years of experience and education.
Curriculum involved.
Recitals
Students are given an opportunity to perform in at least two recitals during the year. Please see the News & Events section regarding this.
Competitions / Festivals - (MTNA will discontinue competitions for Woodwind, Brass, Strings and Voice effective 2013-2014)
Students are given an opportunity to perform in these events, pay the non-member fees and as long as the instructor deems them competent. All rules and regulations may be downloaded at the following sites: MTNA, CSMTA, or PPMTA.
Schedule
All classes run once weekly for 30 minutes in length. Due to room availability scheduling of lessons must be done with the Studio and not with the Instructor (Instructors are independent contractors that have submitted availability, time and have agreed to a set rate for our students). If the scheduled Instructor cannot make a class, another instructor will be assigned and start off right where the last lesson ended from the curriculum.

Payment Schedule - We offer 10% MILITARY, LAW ENFORCEMENT AND FIREFIGHTER DISCOUNT!
Since we do not use a contract, parents or students will pay for 4 lessons in advance. Every 3rd lesson, SMS will ask if you would like to continue. If yes, you will pay for 4 more lessons. If not, we will have at least a 2 week notice. This system secures the day and time slot that has been selected for the instructor availability. For those that did not get their wished day and time slot, you may sign up on the waiting list.
